Hi Visionary,

After 17 years of helping business leaders and entrepreneurs generate $280M+ in revenue, I've learned that breakthrough strategies rarely come from analysis, they come from altitude.

Here's what happened when I earned $15K in less than a week, while hiking in Colorado:

My husband and I are just back from six incredible days of blissful vacation. Two days in Denver at a beautiful boutique hotel, then four days in Steamboat Springs, where we stayed with a dear friend who rented a stunning multi-million-dollar home for the month. #Goals, indeed.

We were both excited about this trip. We saw eagles, bears, deer, and moose roaming around, all under a gorgeous, grand Aegean sea colored skies dotted with puffy, dreamy clouds; it was truly breathtaking. Even though we are more "manicured nature" people, our trip into the wild was epic.

Yes, we were there for complete disconnection.

No laptop. No strategy sessions. No planning spreadsheets.

Just fresh mountain air, stillness, and the kind of space that lets your nervous system remember what calm truly feels like.

But standing at 10,000 feet, hearing a roaring waterfall, the most crystalline Q4 strategy I've ever created wrote itself.

Meanwhile, I earned over $15K while hiking Fish Creek Falls that week. I also enjoyed one of the best dinners of my life (plus picked up a new agency client) all while sitting beside the Yampa River, think setting sun, great friends, tons of laughter, candlelight, impeccable food and service.

I had a realization during that dinner:

What I discovered in Colorado is that diffuse mode (the passive awareness state where you stop forcing solutions and let your mind wander) is highly strategic because your best insights emerge when you create space for your subconscious to connect the dots you've been collecting for months.

Harvard Business Review calls this "spacious thinking," where leaders pay attention more expansively without hurry, making them more receptive to relationships, interdependencies, and possibilities.

This spacious mode leads to gaining insight into challenges, thinking strategically, spotting opportunities, building relationships, and sparking joy and motivation.

It's not that we don't know this, but how many of us regularly incorporate this into our business practice?

Some of your best strategies don't always come from analysis. They come from altitude.

What Colorado Revealed About Q4 Revenue

While most entrepreneurs are entering the final quarter exhausted, scrambling to "save" the year with more effort, more pressure, more everything, I discovered the opposite.

I've watched this pattern hinder brilliant women. The most successful quarters never came from forcing strategy, but from allowing it, planning for it.

Everyone else is planning Q4 from depletion. No wonder they’re exhausted. You don’t have to be.

Enjoying my time in Colorado gave me a completely different way to approach the final stretch of 2025, one that prioritizes elevation over effort, intuition over overwhelm.

And the results speak for themselves:

  • Earning $15K in revenue while hiking.

  • A Q4 strategy that feels aligned instead of aggressive.

  • And the clearest path to mid-2026 I've ever seen!

While everyone else is planning Q4 like it's damage control, YOU should be planning it like it's your victory lap.

The Strategy That Emerged

While hiking, something powerful clicked, something I hadn't quite been able to name in nearly two decades of helping business leaders and entrepreneurs design their most profitable quarters. I now call it The Elevation Method. It’s more than a mindset shift; it's a strategic framework that reframes how we approach success, especially in high-stakes seasons like Q4.

Pillar One - Perspective Over Planning

When you're buried in back-to-back planning meetings, you miss the bigger picture. But physical elevation creates strategic elevation.

  • In the mountains, I saw with clarity what the spreadsheets and sales targets had been obscuring: our businesses need a higher perspective.

  • At altitude, you don’t plan the quarter; you evolve through it.

  • No, you don’t need to go to Colorado (although I highly recommend it), but you do need to create some distance from your daily “business as usual” world to see the full picture.

Pillar Two - Disconnection as a Power Move

Ironically, the $15K I earned during that hike happened because I wasn’t trying to earn it.

  • Chasing revenue too hard often creates resistance.

  • But when you rise above the scrambling and let your systems work, money flows through aligned action, not anxious effort. Grind can stagnate your growth.

Pillar Three - Intuitive Intelligence

Standing beside that roaring waterfall, I felt a quiet knowing: Q4 is about preparing for the next level.

  • Strategic downloads don’t always arrive in Slack channels or Zoom rooms.

  • Your body often knows the next move before your mind catches up. You just have to get quiet enough to hear it.

Look, this isn't woo-woo. This is a strategy informed by nearly two decades of helping business owners scale to multi-six and seven-figure success without sacrificing their sanity.

The Q4 Reality That's Bankrupting Your Potential

Here’s what most entrepreneurs won’t admit (and what 17 years of client data confirms): your Q4 failure starts with your Q4 planning.

According to the Small Business Administration, approximately 20% of small businesses fail within their first year, with lack of proper planning cited as a leading cause. Meanwhile, research shows that 67% of strategic plans fail due to poor execution.¹

Here's what this means for you as an ambitious entrepreneur: Most planning approaches are fundamentally broken, which is why traditional Q4 strategies feel so exhausting.

When you plan from depletion instead of inspiration, you create:

  • Revenue strategies that require your constant presence (exhaustion disguised as success)

  • Goals that punish your nervous system instead of honoring your capacity

  • A December that leaves you depleted instead of energized for next year

The hidden cost: an average of $50K in missed opportunities because you're operating from scarcity instead of abundance

I've audited 37 women's businesses this year (you'll hear about those findings next week), and the pattern is undeniable.

The entrepreneurs who finish strong don't have better strategies; they have better relationships with their own wisdom.

Stop planning Q4 like you're fixing Q3. Start planning Q4 like you're designing your evolution.

The Proof Is in the Results

When women entrepreneurs learn to trust their intuition over their spreadsheets, transformation happens. Here's what my clients are saying about frameworks that honor both strategy and knowing:

  • "Biancaaaaaa! Your Mirror framework is everything!!! I have the hardest time trying to figure out what content to post next and this just makes it so easy to not only determine what I should post, but HOW to post it, where to post. I had 3 potential clients DM me after I posted my first story!!" — R. Tripton

  • "…I can't thank you enough. I finally feel clear on sharing why I left my engineering career and why it's important to my clients. This framework is so easy to use." — J. Shannon

When you work from crystal clear clarity, every action amplifies your brilliance. You’re ready for this.

What This Means for Your Q4

The entrepreneurs who finish 2025 strong won't be planning from ground level; they'll be the ones who learned to get altitude on their strategic decisions.

What elevation-based planning actually creates is profound: decisions that energize instead of drain, Q4 strategies that feel inevitable rather than forced, revenue that flows from alignment instead of hustle, and a December that sets you up for 2026 instead of burning you out.

When you plan from this place, you stop second-guessing every Q4 decision. You finish the year strong without sacrificing your sanity. You enter 2026 from abundance, not depletion. You finally trust your strategic instincts over analysis paralysis.

But knowing elevation-based planning works and actually implementing it in your specific business are two different things.

The question is whether you're ready to identify where you're currently planning from in your own Q4 strategy.

The Evolution Continues

The woman who plans her Q4 from elevation creates a better relationship with success itself.

This is about more than revenue targets and marketing tactics.

This is about trusting that your knowing is valid and your evolution is inevitable.

Next week, I'm sharing the research that will change how you see your existing business assets. After auditing 37 women's businesses, I've discovered the average entrepreneur is sitting on $50K in untapped revenue, and it has nothing to do with creating more content.

The business you're building is inevitable.

The business you built taught you.

The business you’re building transforms you.

And it starts with trusting what only you can know.

To your continued success,

Bianca B. King
