Hey Visionary,
Let me ask you something...
Have you ever had that nagging feeling that something in your business just "isn't adding up"?
You're showing up. Serving. Delivering. But the numbers?
Oh boy.
They don't reflect the level of brilliance you're bringing to the table.
You’re thinking: I should be further along than this.
And you are right!
Because you've already "done the work" of the long nights, the unpaid consultations, the ideas added to notes on your phone and turned into real results.
So where's the revenue that reflects that?
If that's ever crossed your mind, I want you to know this is what I've witnessed for almost two decades:
Most women entrepreneurs I meet don't underperform.
But most are undervaluing their work.
And what I've found lately continues to confirm it, down to the dollar.
I can spot a revenue leak from a mile away, having generated $280M+ in client revenue for almost two decades, yeah, that part (I’ve got the receipts).
But this year, I decided to get scientific about it.
I conducted comprehensive business audits for 37 ambitious women entrepreneurs. Each one runs expert-based businesses earning between $50K–$100K annually. I chose this range for a reason: Because I knew they were leaving money on the table.
What I discovered will make you want to audit your own business immediately.
92% of them were sitting on an untapped $50K+ in revenue.
This finding aligns with recent research from Allwork showing that even when women have complete control over their rates, they charge significantly less than men.
Studies reveal disparities ranging from 26% to as high as 48%
Women freelancers charge an average of 15% less than their male counterparts.
However, my audit revealed that the undercharging problem extends beyond hourly rates; it is deeply embedded in our systematic undervaluation of our work, including signature transformations and proprietary methodologies.
We're sitting on entire revenue streams worth $50K+ that we've never recognized or monetized.
What I Found in 17 Years of Data
I've seen the inner workings of hundreds of businesses. From the spreadsheets to the strategies, the client wins, to the quiet breakdowns behind closed doors.
But this audit? It revealed something that shocked even me. Every single woman in the study had built something remarkable. They weren't beginners fumbling their way through. They were showing up, serving clients, generating consistent revenue, and delivering real, measurable results.
And still...
They were systematically undervaluing and undercharging for their signature transformation.
But somewhere along the line, they started believing that charging their worth would somehow make them less…
Approachable. Trustworthy. Palatable.
It was like watching woman after woman shrink her brilliance to fit into someone else's expectations of what felt "reasonable."
And I felt it in my gut, because I've been her too.
Here's what $50K in hidden revenue actually looks like:
Audit 7, Leadership Coach: Discovered her conflict-resolution framework was worth $15K, not $5K. She'd been pricing it like a workshop when it was actually a complete system.
Audit 19, Brand Strategist: Found $20K in untapped revenue by repositioning her branding packages.
Audit 31, Business Consultant: Realized her operations overhaul process was worth $25K, not the $8K she was charging. Her clients were getting Fortune 500-level systems!!
The data was undeniable: These women were charging amateur rates because they couldn't see their own expertise clearly.
The $50K Blind Spot: Why Expert-Level Women Undercharge
After 17 years of helping businesses and entrepreneurs scale to six, seven, and eight figures, undercharging is not a lack of confidence.
It's a lack of clarity.
Here's the counterintuitive truth: The more naturally gifted you are at something, the harder it becomes to value it appropriately.
What feels effortless to you feels miraculous to your clients.
In my audit, I found four consistent blind spots:
Blind Spot #1: The Effortlessness Trap
You discount what comes naturally. If you can diagnose a business problem in 20 minutes that saves your client $65K, you think, "That was easy, I shouldn't charge much for it."
Reality check: Easy for you = invaluable for them.
Blind Spot #2: The Comparison Mirage
You're comparing your expertise to others in your industry instead of to the transformation you create. You see someone charging $3K for "business consulting" and think that's your ceiling.
Truth: Your methodology isn't generic business consulting. Your proprietary system delivers specific results and should be priced accordingly.
Blind Spot #3: The Time Fallacy
You're pricing based on time invested, not value delivered. You think, "This only took me three sessions, so I can't charge $15K."
Reality: Those three sessions leveraged numerous years of your expertise, including your degrees/credentials/certifications. Your clients aren't paying for time, they're paying for transformation.
Blind Spot #4: The Guessing Game
You're still determining your prices by guesswork instead of calculating them strategically. You look at what others charge, pick a number that "feels right," or worse, you ask what your clients can afford.
Truth: Pricing isn't a guessing game. It's a strategic calculation based on value delivered, market positioning, and transformation ROI. When you guess, you always guess low.
Revenue Recognition Audit - Time to See Your Value Clearly
After analyzing these audits, I developed a framework that helps you identify your own $50K blind spots.
Step 1: Audit Your Transformations
Look at your last 10 clients.
What specific, measurable transformation did you create?
What they achieved because of working with you?
Write it down: "After working with me, my clients consistently experience {insert transformation}.
Step 2: Calculate Their Investment Recovery
For each transformation, ask: If they hadn't worked with me, what would this problem have cost them in lost revenue, wasted time, or missed opportunities?
This is their Cost of Inaction, and it's exponentially higher than what you're charging.
Step 3: Name Your Methodology
You don't provide generic services. You have a specific approach, system, or methodology that creates your signature results.
Name it. Trademark it. Own it.
That's $50K+ in revenue you're leaving on the table. And that's precisely why I created the Profitable Pricing Formula.
Most women discover they're undercharging by 40-70%. It’s time to start utilizing a real pricing structure.
But here's the thing, if you're still guessing at your pricing after this audit, you'll continue to leak revenue.
Here's what happens when you stop undervaluing your expertise:
Before recognition: $5K for a "package" that takes 6 sessions over 3 months
After recognition: $15K for a proprietary leadership transformation system
Same work. Same results. Different recognition of value.
I've seen women triple their revenue by finally recognizing and pricing their expertise accurately.
The women making $100K quarters aren't necessarily more skilled than you.
They're just more accurate about their value and demonstrating it.
What This Means for Your Next Quarter
After these audits, I'm more convinced than ever:
The revenue you need is already in your business.
You need to recognize it, name it, create a repeatable system, and price it appropriately.
Here's your immediate next steps:
Complete the Revenue Recognition Audit for ONE of your signature services this week.
Then implement the new pricing for your next client conversation.
I guarantee you'll discover revenue you didn't know existed.
Ready to Uncover Your $50K?
If this audit hit a little too close to home, that's not by accident.
It's because you feel what's been off, even if you haven't been able to name it.
Now you can. And you've got three paths forward:
Option 1: The Pretty Damn Ambitious™ Community
Inside our collective of powerhouse women entrepreneurs, we're rewriting the rules of what it means to grow, with clarity, strategy, and joy.
I'll be teaching this exact revenue recognition framework inside the community in October.
Doors are open, and we’re accepting new members this month.
If you're craving alignment and momentum without the burnout, this is your space.
Option 2: 30-Day Revenue Recognition Intensive
Want my eyes directly on your business? This is for you.
In just 30 days, we'll uncover where your value is hiding, identify your revenue blind spots, and shift your pricing to match your true worth.
It's focused, strategic, and results-driven.
Only 7 spots are available per quarter, because this work is deep.
Option 3: Do Nothing and Keep Leaking Revenue
You could stay the course. Keep second-guessing your pricing, explaining your value instead of owning it, and watching dream clients say yes to someone who positioned themselves better.
But let's be real, is this really even an option?
By this time next year, that could be $50K+ left on the table,
Revenue that could've funded your next hire.
Elevated your brand.
Paid for your freedom, time, choice, peace of mind.
And if you've read this far, I don't believe that's the kind of visionary you are.
What's your next move?
Which option calls to you? Hit reply and let me know, I read every message and respond personally.
Your Revenue is Calling
Helping clients build over $280M in revenue has taught me this:
The women who create sustainable, scalable businesses aren't necessarily the most talented.
They're the most accurate about their value.
They see their expertise clearly.
They name their methodologies boldly.
They price their transformations appropriately.
Your next $50K isn't hiding in a new strategy.
It's hiding in plain sight, waiting for you to recognize its value.
To your continued success,
