Hi Visionary,

This week, America turns 250. Whether or not you are American, the milestone is worth sitting with because 250 years is really the story of a long and uneven fight over who gets to be seen, counted, and free to take up space. Women spent most of it on the outside of that story, and the fight to be visible in public life is one that women in nearly every country still recognize.

I am opening this quarter there on purpose, because it is the exact thread your work picked up last quarter. We spent those months making your pricing reflect the true value of your services: a number with no apology inside it, and no quiet discount for being new, or nice, or afraid of the pause on the other end of the call.

That was the hard part.

Now, the next phase is just as important: making sure your unapologetic price is seen and understood by the right people. This quarter, we are focusing on strategies to increase your visibility, communicate your expertise, and position yourself in front of the clients who truly value your work. Because a price that tells the truth only matters if the right people ever see it.

That is where Sovereignty (supreme power and authority in your life, with intentionality) begins, and it is where we will be living for the next three months.

The Problem With Being Quietly Excellent

Most of the capable women I work with are overlooked for reasons unrelated to the quality of their work. Being seen simply feels like exposure. It invites opinion, and it invites the private question of whether you can actually hold what you claim.
