Hi Visionary,
Last week, I was on a strategy call with Rachel (not her real name), a brilliant business coach who's been consistently hitting $15K months. Successful, devoted to her clients, but when I asked about her Q4 plan, she got excited and said, "Oh my gosh, let me show you everything I have planned!"
She screen-shared her project management board.
A new course launch
3 speaking proposals
2 podcast guesting campaigns
A website redesign
5 different lead magnets
A mastermind launch
3 collaborative partnerships
Email sequence rewrites
Social media strategy overhaul
Client onboarding automation
A Black Friday promotion
Holiday networking events...
My heart sank. Because I know this story well, because I used to do it too; and I've seen this exact scenario play out hundreds of times over my 17 years in business.
"Rachel," I said gently, "which three of these will move you closest to a $75K quarter?"
Long pause. "Well... I mean... they're all important," she said.
Two days later, I was on another call with Maya (not her real name), also a business coach, doing similar revenue. When I asked about her Q4 plan, she pulled up a simple board: “Three things. Scale my signature program to 45 clients, optimize my pricing structure, and create a systematic referral process. Everything else can wait until next year.”
Same skill level. Same market. Same ambition.
But only one of them understands that consistent $100K quarters aren't created by doing more; they're created by focusing ruthlessly on fewer things.
It's not current revenue, team size or even industry.
It comes down to one decision they make (or don't make) in the next seven days:
What are they willing to NOT do?
It's What to Say NO To
Here's what will save your Q4: Focus is about subtraction.
And yes, as a multi-hyphenate, I understand how that F word (focus) can make panic set in.
But every October for as long as I can remember, I watch ambitious women create elaborate 90-day plans filled with 12 initiatives, 8 new revenue streams, and enough projects to fill 180 days. By December, they're burned out, tired, and wondering why they didn't hit their goals despite working harder than ever.
Meanwhile, the women who consistently scale to consistent $100K quarters do something counterintuitive:
They choose less. Strategically, intentionally, unapologetically less.
The cost of indecision comes at a heavy price, including lost revenue, lost momentum, lost confidence, and lost positioning for the new year.
When you try to do everything, you optimize for nothing.
Your energy becomes scattered.
Your messaging becomes diluted.
Your results become disappointing.
Consider this: With over 3,000 new women-owned businesses launching every day in the U.S., the entrepreneurs who will rise above the noise aren't those doing more, they're those doing less, but doing it with laser focus and strategic precision.
The entrepreneurs building seven-figure businesses now and next year are deciding what NOT to do in Q4.
Every yes to the almost-right is betrayal. Betrayal of your time, your energy, and the beautiful future you're meant to build.
The Data Doesn't Lie - Focus Equals Revenue
The numbers tell a story that's hard to ignore: According to a recent study by the National Association of Women Business Owners, top women-owned businesses average $219,000 in annual revenue compared to $607,000 for men-owned businesses. In contrast, 88% of women-owned businesses don't even reach $100K annually.
Yes, significant systemic barriers like access to capital and networks are part of the story. But here's what I see every day inside my community and client audits: even with those challenges, focus becomes the differentiator between women who plateau and women who scale.
When you try to juggle 12 "important" initiatives at once, each gets only a fraction of your power. But when you ruthlessly prioritize three, you amplify results.
That's why the women consistently hitting $100K quarters aren't working harder or longer, they're channeling their effort into fewer, more strategic moves.
And maybe you've felt this already, like the moment you say no to something that drains you, everything that matters suddenly gains momentum.
Q4 Focus: Your Blueprint for Finishing Strong While Building 2026
After working with hundreds of entrepreneurs and studying what separates those who scale from those who stay stuck, I've developed a quick system that makes Q4 focus decisions profitable and straightforward.
Q4 Focus - One Primary, Two Secondary, Everything Else Paused
Here's how it works:
One Primary Initiative: This is your revenue-driving, business-moving, legacy-building focus for the next 10 weeks. It should be something that, if executed brilliantly, would make your Q4 successful even if nothing else happened.
Examples:
Scaling your signature program to $75K in revenue
Launching your premium service tier at $15K per client
Securing five $25K corporate partnerships
Two Secondary Supports: These are the foundational elements that directly support your Primary Initiative. Nothing more, nothing less.
Examples:
Client success automation + pricing optimization
Partnership outreach + proposal templates
Content distribution + lead nurturing
Everything Else Gets Paused: This is where the magic happens. Every other initiative (no matter how good, exciting, or "quick" it seems) gets moved to your new year's planning list.
But, Bianca, we're ambitious!
Yes, and it's having strategically built ambition to understand that doing less with intention creates more impact than doing everything with distraction.
And seriously, you will face a myriad of distractions from the holidays, shopping, cooking, parties, family, and friend gatherings.
All the more reason to simplify and protect your focus so that you can include JOY in your Q4 and holiday season.
You may be surprised how powerful your priorities become the moment everything non-essential moves off your plate.
The "Doing Less to Build More" Your New Year Philosophy
Your Q4 decisions don't just impact your year-end revenue; they set the foundation for your entire new year.
When you master the art of strategic focus in Q4, you're not just optimizing for immediate results. You're developing the discipline, systems, and decision-making frameworks that will allow you to build more substantial success with less effort next year.
Here's your Sprint - Strategically calibrated to help you ruthlessly focus.
Your 10-Week Sprint Structure:
Weeks 1-2: Implementation and optimization of your Primary Initiative
Weeks 3-4: Systems creation for your Secondary Supports
Weeks 5-7: Scale and systematize what's working
Weeks 8-10: Document, measure, and plan 2026 multiplication
During these 10 weeks, you'll discover something powerful: new year multiplication opportunities, systems, processes, and optimizations that continue generating value long after Q4 ends.
Instead of starting the new year exhausted from managing too many initiatives, you'll start with proven, scalable systems already generating revenue.
But a quarter is 13 weeks, Bianca. Those three weeks, I left off intentionally they are for rest and for whatever lights up your soul.
Picture January you: rested, clear, already profitable, because in October you chose focus.
Your Permission Slip to Disappoint Others
Let me give you permission for something that might feel uncomfortable:
You're allowed to disappoint other people to honor your own ambition.
When you implement your Q4 Focus, people will notice.
They'll ask why you're not doing that networking event.
They'll wonder why you paused that collaboration.
They'll question your "suddenly limited" availability.
Your job is to manage your results and build the lifeblood of your business, cash flow.
Successful entrepreneurs have learned to be comfortable with other people's discomfort about their choices. They understand that explaining strategy to people who aren't building what they are creating is optional.
Your Q4 focus is about the version of yourself you're becoming and the business you're building.
Say it, mean it: I choose results over reassurance.
The October Decision That Determines Your December Reality
Right now, you're at a choice point that will determine not just how you finish this year and start the next.
You can choose the scattered approach, trying to make progress on everything, but ultimately achieving meaningful progress on nothing.
Or you can choose strategic focus, committing to your Primary Initiative and two Secondary Supports while confidently pausing everything else.
The women who will finish Q4 with $75K+ in revenue and enter the new year with momentum, systems, and confidence are making this decision in the next 7 days.
They're not waiting for perfect clarity.
They're not seeking consensus from their networks.
They're choosing their Primary Initiative based on revenue potential and alignment, identifying their two Secondary Supports, and creating their "Everything Else" pause list.
And even now, you may already know which choice is yours.
Ready to Make THE Decision?
I've created something for women who are ready to stop deliberating and start dominating their Q4.
The Q4 Focus Intensive is a strategic planning session where we'll identify your Primary Initiative, design your Secondary Supports, and create your implementation strategy for the next 10 weeks. In 90 minutes, you'll have more clarity and confidence about your Q4 than most entrepreneurs have about their entire year.
This is not a call where we explore your feelings about focus, trust. This is a strategic session where we make key decisions, develop systems, and create a personalized path to finish this year stronger than when you began.
Timeline: Sessions begin October 7th
Outcome: Complete Q4 strategy with implementation roadmap
Your October-to-December Transformation Starts Now
The difference between October You and December You isn't about how much you accomplish in the next 10 weeks.
It's about strategically choosing what to accomplish and executing those choices with brilliance.
Your vault is full.

The question is what you're committed to.
Choose focus. Choose fewer priorities executed brilliantly.
Choose to disappoint the wrong people to thrill the right ones, starting with yourself.
