Hi Visionary,

Today, I’m filled with a lot of emotion.

Excitement. Anticipation. Gratitude. It’s one big emotion sandwich!

Because later today, amazing, intelligent and capable ambitious women from around the world are gathering for the 4th Annual Level Up Summit.

Some have been in this community from the beginning, while some just found us last week. Some are attending their first Summit and others have been counting down since last year's ended.

What they share isn't a business model or an industry. It's a decision, the decision to finally be witnessed and to stop building alone.

That's what this month has been about.

The Thread That Ties It Together

The through line - Your capacity is not fixed. It expands or contracts based on who's around you.

But you already know it, but what are you doing about it?

In this moment (and especially if you’ve been following my guidance), you already have the right strategy, pricing, and offer and you’re still hitting a ceiling because you're carrying it alone.

The ceiling isn't your talent. It's your infrastructure.

Three Questions to Sit With Today

Whether you're at Summit or reading this from your kitchen table or while grabbing your iced latte, these questions matter.

Who's in your circle right now?

  • Not who's in your phone or who follows you online.

  • Who do you actually talk to about the hard parts of building?

  • Who knows your real numbers, your real fears, your real goals? If that list is short or nonexistent, that's information.

What rooms are you avoiding?

  • There's usually one room you know you should be in, but keep finding reasons to delay.

  • The mastermind, summit, conference, or pitch. T

  • he conversation with someone who intimidates you. Name it. Then ask yourself what it's costing you to stay outside.

Where have you been performing "self-made" instead of asking for help?

  • This one might sting. Most ambitious women have at least one area where they're secretly afraid and alone because asking for support feels like admitting weakness.

  • That's the lie. The strongest women I know are the ones who learned to receive.

What's Happening at Summit

If you're with us today, here's what we're exploring.

This morning, we open with Joyful Ambition, the framework that changed how I build and how I teach.

  • We're talking about getting into the right rooms with women who did it without waiting for permission.

  • We're addressing what nobody talks about publicly: late diagnosis ADHD, perimenopause, and how your brain and body changes affect your business.

  • We're getting out of survival mode and into flow.

  • This afternoon, we're doing the networking session that past attendees helps them make profitable connections.

Friday, we go deeper into offers, systems, AI, and wealth.

  • Exactly how to package what you do so people pay without hesitation.

  • The blueprint to stop being the entire company.

  • Steps to turn revenue into real wealth.

If you're watching live, don’t just take notes, implement, as this is what we’re all about - BRAVE BOLD ACTION.

More importantly, let yourself be changed by the room.

If You're Not in the Room

You're still part of this.

The work we've done this month (and year) doesn't require a ticket. It requires honesty.

Today, you could:

  • Audit your circle and name what's missing.

  • Reach out to one person who expands your thinking and ask for a conversation.

  • Stop waiting for the "right time" and decide that you're done carrying everything alone.

The Summit is a catalyst. The transformation is available any day you choose.

If you want the room, the community, the ongoing support we've been talking about all month, Pretty Damn Ambitious is open through April 12th. That's where this work continues. Where the connections deepen. Where ambitious stops being a word you whisper and becomes the baseline expectation.

What I Want You to Remember

Ambition was never supposed to be lonely or joyless.

Somewhere along the way, we started believing that needing support meant we weren't ready. That asking for help was a sign of weakness. Real entrepreneurs figure it out alone.

That's a lie. And it's a really expensive one.

The women who build the biggest, most joyful, most sustainable businesses do it in community. They let themselves be held. They invest in rooms that rise with them.

Whether you join us inside PDA, attend next year's Summit, or simply take one step toward building your circle this week, I want you to feel this:

You were never meant to carry this by yourself and you don't have to start tomorrow. You can start today.

If you haven't taken the Elevation Assessment yet, now is the time. See where you are across all four domains. See where isolation has been hiding. See what becomes possible when you let yourself be supported.

To your continued success,

P.S. If you're at Summit, come find me in the lobby. I can’t wait to connect with you!! If you're joining PDA, welcome home. And if you're still deciding, I understand. Just don't let "later" become "never." → Apply to Pretty Damn Ambitious

The problem was not my systems. It was my support.

Upgrading my circle helped me build a seven-figure business from just $700. It helped me find clients who valued me as a person and my work and understand the importance of real community.

Your capacity isn’t only about your time, energy, or systems. But who’s in your corner, and what becomes possible when you stop trying to be THE corner.
