Hi Visionary,
It's Thanksgiving week, the traditional time to reflect on gratitude and count our blessings.
And I have so much to say to you.
This isn't your typical "thankful for my subscribers" Thanksgiving message.
This is something more profound. Something I need you to understand.
The Truth About What Got Me Here
As I've shared in previous editions of this newsletter, 2023 and 2024 were two of the most challenging years of my life, which coincided with starting a new business.
Between my husband's open heart surgery and a tragedy in my family, there were days I didn't know how I'd keep showing up.
Days when I would have stayed in bed and cried.
Days when I was so angry I couldn't stand to look in the mirror.
Days when I wanted to scream and just run away.
Days when running two businesses, leading a team, and holding space for a community felt impossibly heavy.
2025 has been a wonderful year; a time of hope, healing, recovery, and finding my rhythm again. But there’s no way I would have made it through those years without the incredible support of the women in the Pretty Damn Ambitious™ community.
Here's what surprised me most: they came to me for support. But in the end, we ended up supporting each other.
The replies that said "me too." The voice notes that arrived exactly when I needed them. The women who showed up consistently, even when their own lives were falling apart. The ones who trusted me enough to implement what I taught, then came back to show me it worked.
What Community Really Means
Standing for contrarian POVs and growing a community can be massively challenging at times.
The vulnerability required.
The criticism you receive.
The energy it takes to show up authentically week after week.
The responsibility of knowing that people are counting on you.
But I wouldn't trade it for the world.
Because this isn't a newsletter list, and it's not only a network.
It's a community of generous, ambitious, brilliant, deeply human women who remind me every single week why this work matters.
These are just a few of the women who made a massive impact in my life over these past years that I want to thank publicly, in no particular order:
Bibigi, who sent me a voice note the week of my husband's surgery, which I received when he was still in the ICU, made me cry in the best way. She didn't try to fix anything. She just said, "I see you, and you don't have to be strong right now."
Sandra, who sent me a note, when I felt like I wasn’t showing up fully for my online community, "I just don't think you can ever go wrong in founding an organization that supports and uplifts people. You're a good person doing great things to help others. Just knowing that you're there is enough – it doesn't have to 100%."
Valinicia, who gave me more support than I could ever imagine, including volunteering to run errands, bring food to our home, and be someone I could share what was going on in my life.
Christine, who invited me on vacation to give my mind and body a break from the incredible stress I was under. So I could reset and come back stronger.
Mel, who showed up to every single workshop and asked how she could help even when her own business was struggling, reminded me why teaching matters and who I'm actually doing this for.
Rohene, who challenged me in a reply when I needed it most. She said, "I love you, but this doesn't sound like you." She was right. She made me a better teacher because she cared enough to push back.
Lauren, who quietly implemented everything, never made a fuss, then came back six months later to show me what was possible when you trust the process. Her revenue tripled, and she felt more ease and flow in her business.
Michelle, who replied to one of my most vulnerable newsletters with just two words: "me too." Sometimes that's all you need to hear to remember you're not alone.
Ashleigh, who raised her rates, quit the clients who were draining her, and sent me a screenshot of her biggest month ever with the subject line "I finally believed you." I cried.
Faith, who spoke my name in rooms I never entered, which led to an invitation to moderate a panel at a women's symposium.
Pragya, who reminds me in every interaction that joy and ambition aren't opposites. She's living proof of what I teach, Joyful Ambition™, and she doesn't even know it.
There are so many more, and I'm not just talking about the women in my Circle community, I'm talking about the women in my Pretty Damn Ambitious community worldwide - the ones that saw the vision and helped me carry my dream and myself forward intact after so much turmoil and strife.
Some of you I've met in person.
I only know some of you through your email replies.
Some of you have been reading quietly since the beginning, and I've never heard your voice.
But I feel you. I see you. You matter.
What I Want You to Know
If you're reading this thinking, "I didn't do anything special," you did.
Your presence mattered.
Every time you opened this newsletter, you told me it was worth writing.
Every time you implemented something I taught, you showed me this work creates real change.
Every time you replied with your story, your struggle, your win, you reminded me why I do this.
This community isn't so not about me teaching you from some elevated position.
It's about us becoming who we are meant to be, together.
It's holding space for each other's ambition and humanity in equal measure.
That's what I'm most grateful for this Thanksgiving, and honestly, every single day. Not the subscriber count. Not the open rates. Not the revenue.
You. The actual beautiful humans on the other side of these words.
The women who let me be fully myself, ambitious and joyful, strategic and emotional, successful and still figuring it out.
What's Next
Today, I'll be with my family enjoying great food, laughter, and probably even a little football. I will also be taking multiple days of rest and modeling what I teach about sustainable success actually requires rest.
And I hope you do the same, even if it's not Thanksgiving where you're reading this from.
But if you are celebrating and whatever Thanksgiving looks like for you this week, whether you're with family, chosen family, or taking the day for yourself, I hope you feel the gratitude I have for you.
If you want to share what you're grateful for this year, or who in your life carried you through the hard moments, hit reply.
I read every single one, and I'd love to hear from you.
If you want to sit with this and feel it, that's perfect too.
With the deepest gratitude and love,
Bianca

Over the next year, Roku predicts that 100% of the streaming audience will see ads. For growth marketers in 2026, CTV will remain an important “safe space” as AI creates widespread disruption in the search and social channels. Plus, easier access to self-serve CTV ad buying tools and targeting options will lead to a surge in locally-targeted streaming campaigns.
