Hi Visionary,

So, last week, I told you the hard truth: Overload isn’t just exhausting; it’s dangerous.

It’s the silent killer of success that keeps ambitious women stuck in busyness instead of breaking through.

Now, what do you do about it?

Because knowing you’re overloaded doesn’t fix it.

You have to take action, or burnout will decide for you.

I want to tell you that recognizing overload is enough to stop it.

I’ve seen too many women realize they’re drowning and still refuse to stop swimming (including myself 😳).

Why?

Because we’ve been conditioned to believe:

  • If you’re not busy, you’re lazy.

  • If you slow down, you’ll fall behind.

  • If you say no, the opportunities will dry up.

And so, even when we feel the burnout creeping in, we double down instead of pulling back.

Right now, an entrepreneur who read last week’s edition is thriving because they had the guts to say no to something you keep saying yes to.

Really think about that for a second.

How do I know? I received this email Wednesday morning.

ā

ā€œBianca! Last week, I did something I’d been too scared to do…. said no to a big collaboration. It looked good at first, the kind of thing I should want. But deep down, I knew it would drain me more than it would grow me. The second I declined, I felt a wave of relief… and within days, I landed a dream client that aligned perfectly with my goals. Saying no didn’t slow me down. It made room for something better. Thank you so much for helping me find the courage to say no.ā€ P. Stallin

You might be feeling this right now…

  • Your calendar is so packed that there’s barely time to eat, but you’re still behind somehow.

  • You keep telling yourself you’ll slow down ā€œafter this next big project,ā€ but the big projects never stop.

  • You’re saying yes to so many things that by the time you get to your own goals, you’re too drained to do them well.

I get it. I’ve been there.

I used to believe that pushing harder was the only way forward. Until I realized:

  • More effort ≠ more success.

  • More hours ≠ more impact.

  • More ā€œyesā€ ≠ more progress.

What’s really happening when you stay in overload:

  • You fill your time with more but aren’t actually moving forward.

  • You keep adding responsibilities, thinking it’ll lead to success when, in reality, it’s diluting your energy.

  • You push yourself harder, but instead of making leaps, you make microscopic gains; progress, yes, but not the kind you know you’re capable of.

And the worst part?

By the time you realize this, you’re exhausted, overwhelmed, and too drained to pivot.

But it doesn’t have to be this way.

Your opportunity to have more success right now

If you’re in overload, here’s your first step:

You need to break the cycle before it breaks you.

1. The ā€˜Hell Yes’ Test (A simple but ruthless filter)

Most women in ambition overload have one thing in common: they say yes too often.

They say yes to:

  • Every opportunity that might lead to something.

  • Every collaboration, thinking ā€œThis could be good for me.ā€

  • Every task, meeting, or project that someone asks them to do.

But when everything is a yes, nothing is a priority.

So here’s your rule:

Before you commit to anything (meetings, projects, new clients) ask yourself:

  • Does this directly move me toward my goals?

  • Would I still say yes if I had zero fear of missing out?

  • Does this feel like a ā€œhell yesā€ — or just an obligation?

If it’s not a hell yes, it’s a no.

2. The 80/20 Rule - Time to find your power moves

Eighty percent of your results come from only 20% of your efforts.

That means 80% of your actions aren’t pushing you forward.

Think about that.

What if you cut 80% of the work that’s keeping you busy, but not successful?

Here’s how to do it:

  • Look at your to-do list.

  • Identify the tasks that feel ā€œproductiveā€ but don’t actually move the needle.

  • Cut the ā€œbusy workā€ that isn’t generating momentum.

  • Double down on the 20% that creates real impact.

For years, I thought being ā€œbooked and busyā€ meant I was thriving.

I had back-to-back client calls, events, and travel — but my business wasn’t GROWING how I knew it could.

Then I looked at the numbers and realized that 80% of my revenue came from just a few key things.

So why was I still stretching myself thin doing a hundred other things that weren’t moving the needle?

When I finally focused on the work that mattered, everything changed.

3. The ā€˜One No Per Week’ Challenge

Every week, pick one thing you’re going to say no to.

  • A project that drains you, you know exactly what I’m talking about

  • A request that doesn’t align.

  • A meeting that should have been an email.

Saying no is about making space for what matters. Period.

Your Challenge:

Choose a D! Pick one thing from your schedule this week that you can delete, delegate, or defer.

Got it? Now, stick to it.

Hit reply and tell me: What’s one thing you’re saying NO to this week? I want to hear it.

Next week, I’ll be dropping a tool to help you know exactly where you stand when it comes to ambition or overload. Stay tuned.

I know this is hard.

I know saying no feels unnatural.

But let me tell you something I wish I had realized sooner:

Success will come from finally taking the right things off your plate.

To your continued success,

Bianca
