Hey Visionary,

I’m currently in Chicago, attending a mastermind retreat. During a recess, I realized something obvious but unexplored.

I want to break something down that most “internet bros” who live and die by the hustle culture won’t tell you.

Because I understand who you are.

You’re driven. You have goals. You’re doing all the things.

But somehow, you’re still… stuck.

Not because you lack ambition. We know you’ve got that.

Not because you aren’t capable. I’ve seen your receipts!

But because you’re drowning in everything you’ve said yes to.

Everything those internet bros said would make you millions and give you the life you craved.

But the real truth…

You’re working harder than ever but not making real progress…

You still say yes to things that look good on paper but don’t feel good in practice…

You’re exhausted but convinced you should be doing more…

What you’re experiencing isn’t ambition. It’s overload.

The real danger is that when you stay in overload too long, burnout doesn’t just creep up on you; it knocks you flat. One day, you’re pushing through the exhaustion. The next, you can’t push at all. Suddenly, you’re completely stalled.

For years, I thought I was doing it right.

My schedule was packed, so packed that I could barely breathe. I worked 60-70 hour weeks. I traveled multiple times a month, all year long. The TSA team at Love Field (a Dallas airport) knew me by name. “Hey, Mrs. King, where are you going today?,” would be their greeting. Client and board meetings, conferences, networking events, I was everywhere but going nowhere.

I convinced myself that this was what success looked like, that the exhaustion was normal, and that if I just pushed a little harder and showed up in every space, it would fall into place.

And yes, I was making progress.

But I wasn’t making the big leaps I knew I could.

I was busy, but I wasn’t free.

I was moving, but I wasn’t elevating, I was in massive overload.

Do you know what I mean?

That realization hit hard.

I wasn’t actually creating the success I wanted; I was just keeping up with the chaos I had built.

And the hardest part I had to swallow?

I had done it to myself.

The Shift You Need to Make

But here’s what you need to know:

Ambition isn’t about how much you can handle.

It’s about how much you can focus AND progress.

As women, we are conditioned to think:

“If I’m not doing enough, I’m failing.”

“If I slow down, I’ll fall behind.”

We know those are lies, but yet we still fall prey.

In true ambition (specifically joyful ambition), you are not just “doing” but choosing the right things to invest your precious time.

The question isn’t “How much can I do?”

What you should be asking is “What actually moves the needle?” And, “How does that make me feel?”

Because if you don’t make that shift, burnout isn’t a possibility; it’s inevitable. And when you burn out, your ambition doesn’t just take a hit. It stops working altogether. It’s like taking the batteries out of a toy. You’re there, but you can’t make any moves.

And I’ve seen it happen to so many incredible women.

They had the talent, vision, and drive. They were on the edge of something huge. But they kept pushing at a toxic pace until one day, their bodies, minds, or passions just gave out.

By the time they hit a wall, they had nothing left to give, not to their businesses, themselves, or the life they were working so hard to build.

The tragedy? They never fully realized their success because their ambition, the very thing that was supposed to elevate them, became the thing that broke them.

I refuse to let that happen to you.

That's why, in the coming weeks, I’ll show you exactly how to tell the difference between ambition and overload and what to do about it.

So, for now, let’s do a check-in

Are you genuinely doing aligned work or just overloaded?

Here’s a quick gut check:

  • Do you feel in control of your schedule or like it’s controlling you?

  • Do your goals excite you or just exhaust you?

  • Are you making real progress or just staying busy?

If these questions made you pause, that's good. I’m going to show you exactly how to tell the difference and what to do about it.

Stay tuned. You won’t want to miss this.

To your continued success,

Bianca

P.S. I’ve been working on something behind the scenes that will change how you approach ambition forever.

If you’ve been feeling stretched too thin like success is right there but just out of reach… you need this.

More soon. Stay close.
