Hey Visionary,
Earlier this year, I caught myself doing something that would have cost me hundreds of hours. I was planning to create another resource for the Pretty Damn Ambitious™ community. My logic was this: They need more support. More frameworks. More tools. More content. So I started mapping out this elaborate new training series. I had the outline sketched, the module breakdowns planned, all the copy drafted in my head.
Then I stopped.
And I asked myself a massively vital question:
"What if they don't need more? What if they need to be reminded of what's already working?" And what if that reminder is all it takes to help them elevate to the next level?
I pulled up our community vault.
The frameworks already there.
The trainings already recorded.
The resources already built.
With my hand over my heart, I whispered aloud: "This is already enough."
And I nearly fell off my chair. We had $30K+ worth of content in our community that members had either forgotten or never fully leveraged.
Instead of creating another asset, I created three distinct syllabuses:
Mindset Mastery
Marketing Mastery
Money Mastery
Then I sent a straightforward message: "Here's what you already have access to, and here's exactly how to use it this quarter."
The response was immediate. Members who'd been stuck started implementing. Revenue increased. Momentum built.
The result: Mission accomplished - I supported the women in my community without creating a single new asset.
The Creation Industrial Complex Is Keeping You Broke
After almost two decades of building businesses and generating $280M+ in client revenue, I know a profitable pattern when I see one. Reality Check - Step 1: Asset Inventory
Open your Google Drive, your course platform, your social media accounts.
List everything you've created in the last 18 months:
Blog posts, newsletters and articles
Videos and trainings
Social media content that got engagement
Client testimonials and results
Frameworks you've mentioned but never formalized
Email sequences that converted well
Workshop recordings collecting digital dust
Write down the number. I guarantee it's higher than you think.
Mining the Gold - Step 2: Impact Assessment
For each asset, ask:
What result did this create when I first published it?
How many people engaged with this?
What was the revenue or lead generation impact?
What transformation did my audience report from this?
Circle your top 10 performers. These are your vault's crown jewels.
Multiplication - Step 3: Leverage Mapping
For each crown jewel, identify:
How could this be repositioned for a different audience segment?
What additional format could this content take? (Video to audio to PDF to email series)
How could this become part of a larger methodology?
What client work could be systematized using this framework?
How could this content support a higher-priced offering?
The Reminder - Step 4: Strategic Reactivation
Choose ONE asset from your crown jewels list.
This week, remind your audience it exists with:
A social post about why you created it originally
An email to your list about how to implement it now
A story about a client who used it successfully
A fresh angle on the same core teaching
Don't create anything new. Just remind, reframe, and reactivate.
No you are not being lazy or cutting corners. This is about being strategically sophisticated.
You are becoming the kind of entrepreneur who honors her past efforts enough to let them keep paying her forward.
This is Abundance in action (one of my 5 A's of Joyful Ambition™). True abundance is recognizing the wealth that already exists and allowing it to multiply organically.
When you shift from scarcity thinking ("I need to create more") to abundance thinking ("Look at all I've already created"), everything truly changes:
You stop competing with yourself for time and energy.
You start connecting your past brilliance to your present goals.
Because the moment you recognize your vault for what it truly is... you begin leading differently. The entrepreneurs making $100K quarters aren't necessarily creating more content than you.
However, they're extracting more value from what they've already built.
The $50K Question: Creation or Optimization?
Here's the truth that will save you hundreds of hours of unnecessary work:
You are most likely one optimization away from your next revenue jump, not one creation away.
That framework you mentioned casually in a client call? Package it.
That email sequence that converted at 34%? Systematize it.
That transformation you've guided 20 clients through? Name it and trademark it.
