šŸ Activate Your November Harvest Plan

A simple four-phase process for you to reap your ultimate harvest

In partnership with

Hi Visionary,

Last week, I had the privilege of hosting a global gathering of ambitious women, visionaries, coaches, and entrepreneurs from across continents, each one hungry not just for income, but for impact.

The energy in that virtual room was electric.

Women showed up with open hearts, thoughtful questions, and an unshakable desire to lead differently. What we all agreed on? The world doesn't need more hustle.

It requires more honest, human, heart-led business.

And if you're reading this, I already know you're part of that movement.

You sprinted through October. You showed up, you created results, and you likely surprised yourself with how powerful you are when your ambition has structure. But now, the sprint is over. And that quiet question starts to rise:

Now what?

After guiding hundreds of women through strategic revenue sprints over 17 years and generating $280M+ in client results, I can predict with remarkable accuracy what happens next for most entrepreneurs.

They lose momentum.

Because they treat the sprint as a destination instead of a foundation.

Within 7 days, 67% of entrepreneurs who just completed a focused revenue sprint are back to old patterns, scattered focus, reactive decision-making, revenue that feels unpredictable again.

But here's the truth most people miss: the sprint is not the transformation. It's the revelation.

It reveals your capacity. Your strength. The brilliance that's been there all along. But the true transformation? That happens now, in the quiet after the push. In the pause where most people lose momentum, and a few make the powerful decision to harvest what they've already planted.

The Real Cost of Skipping the Harvest

Let me be clear, this moment matters.

The seven days after a sprint are not a cooldown, they are the turning point.

And far too many women let October's momentum evaporate because they don't know how to shift from doing to integrating.

And it's not just revenue you risk.

The real cost of skipping this harvest is emotional:

  • That creeping self-doubt: "Was that success a fluke?"

  • The exhaustion of thinking you have to go harder to go further

  • The erosion of self-trust that whispers, "Here I go again, starting over."

But here's the good news: you're not here to start over. You're here to build from the inside out. And the fact that you're still here—reading this, investing in yourself, refusing to coast, is all the proof you need that you're different.

You don't just want results. You want real, lasting success. Aligned. Joyful. Sustainable.

October Was the Spark. November Is the Shift.

This is where we step into a new way of being. A new level of leadership and a deeper trust in yourself.

Most people think momentum only comes from effort.

But what I've learned from building two businesses, guiding hundreds of women, and generating over $280M in client results across industries from law to finance to real estate is this:

Momentum multiplies through intention, not intensity.

Let that land for a moment.

You don't need to work harder in November. You need to work wiser with what October revealed.

From my experience being featured in SUCCESS, Forbes, and Entrepreneur for this exact work, I know this is the moment that separates those who build sustainable success from those who repeat the same cycles.

This is where the first principle of The 5 A's of Joyful Ambitionā„¢ becomes your greatest asset: Awareness.

Slowing down enough to see what actually worked. Pausing long enough to honor who you became during the sprint. Asking yourself not just "What did I do?" but "Who was I being when it worked?"

This is your moment to shift from hustle to harvest.

The November Harvest Plan

Here's the framework that turns your October sprint into Q4 revenue reality, combining strategic precision with soul-level integration.

Phase 1: Reflect Like a CEO

Extract the Intelligence With Awareness

Block 90 minutes this week. You're not reacting—you're reviewing, with power and precision.

Open your calendar and revisit your October:

The Revenue Audit:

  • Which 5 days generated the most revenue?

  • What actions consistently moved money and energy?

  • Which days felt focused, light, and aligned?

The Deeper Questions:

  • What surprised you about what worked?

  • Where did you feel most like yourself—confident, clear, magnetic?

  • What drained you?

  • Where did you over-deliver out of fear instead of strategy?

This is how we build self-trust: not by doing more, but by understanding more about what's already working.

Your Deliverable: A one-page "October Intelligence Report" documenting patterns, wins, and insights. This isn't busywork. This is the foundation of your November multiplication strategy.

Phase 2: Repeat Without Apology

Systematize Success Through Alignment

Too often, women equate repetition with laziness. But here's what I know from 17 years of helping entrepreneurs scale: what you repeat, you reinforce.

Repetition isn't redundancy. It's refinement.

The 3 Momentum Multipliers:

1. Repeat What Worked: Take your #1 revenue-generating action from October and schedule it three times in November. If a specific email generated $8K, send a similar one to a different segment. If a particular offer converted at 40%, make it again with refined messaging.

2. Reconnect With Warmth: Follow up with every person who engaged during the sprint but didn't buy.

"Last month, you expressed interest in [X]. I'd love to know where you are with that now."

This single action consistently generates $3K-$8K in additional revenue by re-engaging warm leads, not by chasing cold prospects.

3. Referral Activation: Ask your October clients, "Who else needs to know about this?" Make asking for referrals a systematic step in your process, not an afterthought when revenue dips.

You are allowed to reuse brilliance.

You're allowed to repeat successful strategies without calling it "unoriginal."

Success patterns are meant to be replicated. These aren't tactics, they are trust-building moments, and every one of them is a brick in the foundation of your scalable success.

Phase 3: Prepare to Give from Overflow

Honor Abundance While Building Revenue

As the holidays approach, many entrepreneurs feel the tug to create urgency-driven offers. We don't sell from scarcity. We sell from service.

Use this month to plan a "Grateful Sale" that actually feels… grateful.

Strategic Positioning:

  • Survey October clients: What do they need most right now?

  • Prepare 1-2 gratitude offers that feel generous AND profitable

  • Set revenue goals for Thanksgiving week that feel abundant, not desperate

This is the Abundance principle in action from The 5 A's of Joyful Ambitionā„¢. True abundance shifts from competition to connection, focusing on collective growth.

Ask yourself:

  • What do my people really need right now?

  • What would feel generous to offer, and nourishing to deliver?

This is how you build a brand that lasts: by leading with generosity that's rooted in strategy. And by the way, this is how you close November with joy, not depletion.

Phase 4: Step Into the Future You're Building

Vision With Action

Toward the end of the month, I invite you to pause again, not to look back, but to look forward.

Final Week Focus:

  • Review the full November results against the October baseline

  • Identify which October success patterns are now November systems

  • Begin soft visioning for 2026

This is the Alignment phase in the Joyful Ambitionā„¢ framework. It's about making decisions now that are rooted in who you want to be next year—not who you've been.

The Key Questions:

  • What would your December look like if you entered it grounded, not frantic?

  • What would Q1 look like if you built it on momentum, not recovery?

  • More importantly, who are you becoming?

The Metric That Matters: Did you maintain or exceed October's revenue with less intensity?

If yes: You've proven your scalability. If no: You've identified what needs systematization before you scale.

You already proved in October that you can achieve. Now it's time to decide how you want to live while you lead.

My Harvest Moment

I'll never forget the time I stared at my bank account and saw $38.63.

I had walked away from a six-figure career in commercial real estate where our team closed over $1.4 billion in sales—because I wanted more than a paycheck. I wanted purpose. But for two and a half years after launching my agency with just $700 during the Great Recession, I struggled. I undercharged. I second-guessed everything. I felt isolated, ashamed, and exhausted.

But something inside me refused to quit. It whispered, "Keep going. This isn't the end."

And then came the phone call—from a JET Magazine reporter who had found my blog. That article changed everything.

It wasn't luck. It was preparation meeting opportunity. It was proof that the harvest always follows the hard season—if you're willing to stay the course.

That moment led to everything that came after. The features in Forbes and Entrepreneur. The $280M+ generated for clients. The Pretty Damn Ambitiousā„¢ community. The Level Up Summit where ambitious women gather from around the world.

None of it would have happened if I hadn't learned how to harvest the wisdom from the struggle.

You Are Ready

So I want to leave you with this:

You are not behind. You are not scattered. You are not losing momentum.

  • You are building depth.

  • You are harvesting wisdom.

  • You are becoming the kind of woman who doesn't chase success, she creates it.

Let this November be the month you stop starting over and start building on purpose.

Your November Commitments

Here's what I recommend:

This Week:

  1. Block 90 minutes today for your Sprint Debrief

  2. Create your October Intelligence Report using the questions above

  3. Schedule your Momentum Multipliers on your calendar now

This Month:

  • Three 90-minute Harvest Blocks per week (Monday/Wednesday/Friday)

  • Zero new creation, only optimization of what October revealed

  • Weekly metric tracking: Revenue, energy levels, system creation

You don't need more to-dos. You need more truth about what's working.

That's the real Harvest Plan.

The November Choice

After 17 years of building businesses and helping entrepreneurs scale, I can tell you this with absolute certainty:

November is where fortunes are made or momentum is lost.

If you're ready to make November your best revenue month instead of a post-sprint slump, the Harvest Plan is your roadmap.

Your October proved what's possible.

Your November multiplies it.

The question is: Are you ready to harvest?

What I’m Excited About

Monday marked my 18th wedding anniversary

Long-lasting love, like entrepreneurship, requires trial and error, patience, and ultimately a desire to build something greater than yourself.

  • Both demand showing up even when it's hard.

  • Both require adjusting what doesn't work and celebrating what does.

  • And both are about honoring the foundation you've built rather than constantly starting over.

This weekend, we're celebrating properly, and I couldn't be more excited. If you want to read more about what 18 years has taught me, I shared the full story on LinkedIn.

Here's to the long game.
